
nVent RAYCHEM Supervisor Software
Heat-tracing controller configuration and monitoring software that provides a graphical user interface for programming and monitoring RAYCHEM electronic temperature control products from centralized and remote locations.
nVent RAYCHEM Supervisor is available in two Editions – ‘Standard’ and ‘Enterprise’:
- The ‘Standard’ edition is a single server, multi-user version. It provides connectivity to several hundred control units in the field, and can support up to four simultaneous users
- The ‘Enterprise’ edition offers unlimited multi-user, multi-server network capabilities, expanding on the capabilities of the ‘Standard’ edition
nVent RAYCHEM Supervisor software is comprised of four main components
Master Server software
- Responsible for managing all system data, client(s), and connections to Slave Servers
Slave Server(s) software
- Responsible for managing communications to locally connected devices
Client(s) software
- Provides the graphical user interface
Database
- MSDE / SQL Express or SQL Server (SQL version Edition dependent)

The ‘Standard’ Edition is free to download and install.
To enable ‘Enterprise’ Edition capabilities, users are required to purchase Supervisor, as well as SQL Server software, and Microsoft End-User Licenses.
